using the software.  By installing and using the software, you

not agree to the terms of this license, do not use the software.
Using any part of the software indicates that you accept these

Definitions

"Software" refers to the Ubigraph server application, 
and derivatives of it.
"Copyright Holder" refers to the copyright holder of the Software.

Permitted Uses and Restrictions

If you obtained the Software from the Copyright Holder and as long as
you comply with the terms of this agreement, you are granted a 
non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the software,
and to copy the software for your own use.  You may not rent, lease,
sell, sublicense, assign or transfer your rights in the Software.

The Software and any copies you make of it are the intellectual
property of the Copyright Holder.  This agreement does not grant you
any intellectual property rights in the Software, and all rights
not expressly granted are reserved by the Copyright Holder.

You shall have no rights to the software other than this licence.
In particular, you may not distribute this software to third parties,
modify it, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it.

Disclaimer of Warranty on Software

The software is provided AS IS.  The Copyright holder makes no
express or implied warranties with respect to the software, including,
without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event will the Copyright Holder be liable for any lost revenue,
profit, or data, or for special, indirected, consequential, incidental,
or punitive damages however caused, arising from the use of the
software.
