[Enhancement] Cancel multiple GID

Cancel multiple download at once like.

/cancel GID1 GID2 GID3 GID4

Currently it only works for cancelling single download.

Yes, ik cancelall exist. But that's not what i meant.
I want to cancel more than one download at once, not all at once.

I understand people might think that this is another Feature Request, it will bloat bot or maybe I'm running some very mirror group and requesting features here.
But that's not true. I mostly use bot in personal mssg.

As for bloating the bot, it's not feature request per se. It's more like improvement to current implementation. (as cancel by gid is already available).

Also little offtopic but why's python mirror telegram support group link is not mentioned in README??
