Can I run it in CPU mode?

Can I run it in CPU mode? I don't have pytorch compatible GPU, also how does it work in a shell? I want to pipe my microphone to it and have it output speech to stdout for espeak-ng, I am also wondering if a realtime equivalent exists as well
