This is needed sooner than later. Multiple users now wish to query to know the locations of our servers and need it to support their funding requests in addition to using it in their analyses.

FYI, I'm going to create an interim solution by exporting server metadata from siteinfo and loading that into a BigQuery table.

Also noting that after chatting with @mattmathis the ndt7 data does contain the correct server location annotations but the ndt5 data does not.
