Instructions

PR target branch should be against development
PR title name should follow this format: https://github.com/mParticle/mparticle-workflows/blob/main/.github/workflows/pr-title-check.yml
PR branch prefix should follow this format: https://github.com/mParticle/mparticle-workflows/blob/main/.github/workflows/pr-branch-check-name.yml

Summary

This uses a reusable workflow to automatically comment and close issues in the android sdk.

Testing Plan

Was this tested locally? If not, explain why.
Tested in a personal github repository and it works there.
