Issue with the default ros2 build via colcon #1

Because there is no setup.py file, an issue is generated at the RO2 compiling step (Shell 2) from the "Bridge a custom data type (with matching fields)" tuto at step "Set up shells and compile packages" .

Error is :
[0.168s] ERROR:colcon.colcon_core.package_identification:ROS package 'src/bridge_msgs' with build type 'ament_python' has no 'setup.py' file

I'm pushing a fix branch if it's okay for you ?
