[ENHANCEMENT] Add temperature logging from PWI4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when we can't compare the focus position to the ambient temperature or the temperature of the primary/secondary mirror of the telescope.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should log temperature values from PWI4 into image headers. This should be done through an API call, though such a thing doesn't exist currently to my knowledge. We may also need to build in some function to remove spikes of high or low temperature values.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There currently doesn't exist an API call in PWI4 - perhaps we will need to control the DeltaT controller over serial.
