Resynch after PR
This adds/replaces a random, "fortune cookie" signature. Included is a sample "cookie jar" as a syntax reference. I'm sure it could be improved, but it has worked for me for years.

This adds/replaces a random, "fortune cookie" signature as referenced here. Included is a sample "cookie jar" as a syntax reference. I'm sure it could be improved, but it has worked for me for years. Sorry, no documentation updates yet.
