Only getting hourly updates

Hi,
I've recently upgraded to 0.24 FoxEss integration. I seem to only be getting hourly updates for the stats now. They used to happen ever 5 minutes.
Anyone know how I can change this?

I've done a bit of investigation here. I can see from the debug log that the integration is requesting data from foxesscloud every 5 minutes. But the same info is being returned repeatedly.
On the fox cloud website it has updates every 5 minutes. I'm guessing the rest api can identify an external query and throttle it, using a cached result rather than a full query.
I had this problem at one point last year and then it magically disappeared. Hopefully the same will happen again
