Access to Fox Cloud: different portal interface, different inverter id?

Hi,

The Fox Cloud I have been given access (my installation is just 2 weeks old) show a different organization of the portal (different tabs and tab labels) of the screenshot shown in your instructions. Therefore I cannot find the inverter id as shown in the instructions.

Find attached a screenshot of the same submenu, Home > Device > Inverter. Compare the tabs and the url line.

Is it a new version of the portal? Are there more than one portal? Using the inverter sn shown in this page on the HA configuration lines doesn't seem to work (is inverter id not the same as inverter sn?).

mmmm

try to click on "view" option, the one with the red arrow to find the id in the address bar.

BTW you need to open the tab you like, is not a different version.. you can open many tabs to have rapid access to the information you need

I followed the guide but I can't see the information panel in the dashboard. The inverter ID appears to be different than the guide

Inverter id is different for every inverter, you shuould put your own specific id.
