Feature Request - "Vertical" design for better usability within Lovelace

This card works beautifully with my Denon receiver -- all functions work as expected.

I've set the UI to auto-scale, and at the default column width in lovelace, UI elements are scaled poorly on desktop, and are borderline unusable in the mobile app.

I was wondering if it would be possible utilizing similar design language to create a secondary vertical UI that is more thumb-friendly.
