Card No Longer Let's Yamaha Receivers To be Selected

The card was working fine until a recent change in HA. For the A-receiver entity I had selected a Yamaha receiver that is provided by the HA Yamaha Receivers integration. The card stopped working. I decided to delete the card and try creating it again. I can no longer choose my receiver in the A-receiver entity picker to complete setup.

Is ha still having the receiver still its entitys?

Yes, to make sure it wasn't a problem with the entities I removed and re-added the Yamaha integration. The entities work fine themselves in automations.
