Can't create file

Description

"A file or folder with the name [name] already exists on a disk" error occurs when attempt to create file, but creates normaly except not added to project.
Reinstall plugin and reset VS settings not helps

Normal behavior of command
Actual behavior:
File creates on disk but not added to project and error message occurs "A file or folder with the name [name] already exists"
