Can't create C# interface file w/ .cs template #141

Description

When a C# template exists it is no longer possible to create an interface file.

Steps to reproduce

create .templates/.cs.txt
try create interface with SHIFT + F2 > "ITest.cs"
nothing will happen

My VisualStudio version is 17.4.4
