This release brings you Deluge version 1.3.12 (actually slightly newer, based on git-099a4eb8c62e33e003fb2cb44ff1e3cec6aa3564).

• Updated Deluge to 1.3.12+
• Fixed deluge logging, it was previously called with --silent which prevented deluge from writing anything to the log files
• Fixed deluge start after boot, deluge was starting quite early in the boot process, and it seems that Python wasn't available yet at this time.
• Fixed an upgrade / uninstall bug where the Deluge process wasn't properly restarted / shutdown
