A feature to help monitor suspected smurf accounts more effectively. The feature should allow moderators to:

Place suspected smurfs/accounts on a list
Track the activity of these accounts at a glance
Notification/Alert when they become active

Suggestions/feedback/examples regarding the feature are welcome.
