Summer holidays are over, so here's at least some work done: Dutch locale is added.
I'm looking forward to merge or take on some of the stuff open on @jurialmunkey his original work, but please keep in mind that I am not a skinner, I just love Eminence. I need your help in advancing this skin!

v4.2.0-beta01 - Omega compatibility

This release provides basic Kodi 21 Omega compatibility for Eminence. I've created this release mostly for myself; just can't live without this great skin. If and/or as soon as compatibility is provided upstream, I will remove this release and fork.
For the time being you could help out. The "Favourites" item needs skinning, and I'm not a skinner.
