Bug Description
The wallet is not getting connected to iOS device

Error: ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index and count must refer to a location within the string
Web3.setResultUrl( System.Uri uri)

Deeplink response from phantom wallet: unitydl://onPhantomConnected?phantom_encryption_public_key=xxx&nonce=xxx&data=xxxx
