KSP features a function which allows the Developer to set a bunch of parameters for Effects. This function has a few not-so-clear parameters which require, most of times, a quick peek into KSP Reference Manual. As this operation is a waste of time, we have decided to make things easier by creating a very simple set of functions to make you save some time.
