[BUG] Bountiful mod quests do not see armor/weapons with RPG stats #435

Technical Specs (please complete the following information):

Craft to Exile Version - 3.1.8 release
World Type - Singleplayer
RAM Allocation - 8.5 gb

Describe the bug
Can`t complete Bountiful mod quests where is armor/weapons need. If it have RPG stats - Bountiful quest board do not count it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have Bountiful mod quest which requires armor/weapon to complete.

Expected behavior
I actually expected to complete quest with RPG stats armor.
