- Origins seems to bug out in The Nether.
- Pressing the view Origins key crashes the game sometimes.
- Dying sometimes disabled Ascendancy powers. Relog or toggle back on to fix.
- The HQM quest book party function is slightly broken - you can't disband your party without going into the config files.
