如标题所说，笔者在今天写代码的时候，遇到了拖拽功能无法实现的情况。
具体表现为：将所选择的文件拖拽到目标窗口时不会触发拖拽事件，鼠标显示禁止图标。

经过排查后发现，是windows策略导致的，解决方法如下：
注册表计算机\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
双击EnableLUA修改为0
