[Project proposal] maplibre-rs text rendering

Project name: maplibre-rs https://github.com/maplibre/maplibre-rs
Project details: I translated about 10k lines of C++ MapLibre code that handles text shaping and rendering to Rust. What is missing is integration into maplibre-rs current renderer.

Short bio: I'm part of the MapLibre project and Rust dev since a few years. In the recent years I worked as a security engineer focused on fuzzing.
Looking for: Looking for people to contirbute to maplibre-rs. It is an ambitious and complex project. Knowledge in graphics programming is a nice bonus.
