What happened?

I have sign in,but when i download app with the command,it give me this prompt.
Command: ipatool download -b com.walmart.electronics -o temp.ipa
prompt: ERR error="license is required" success=false

Version

2.1.3

You need to use the --purchase flag in the download command to acquire a license.

i got error purchasing paid apps is not supported
