Since Flare is now on android is installation the same? Or are more steps required?

It should work. Keep in mind, the text size is a bit small, so it might be hard to play on a small screen.

So just follow the same Android install instructions as Empyrean right? Or do I need to change the mod.txt file?

To be honest, I haven't messed with the data since initial setup....

If you copy this folder and its contents to the mods folder, the "polymorphable" mod should show up in the Configuration menu in-game. You can enable it from there.
