You can create a Chocolatey package request :)

If it would satisfy the request for an offline capable installer (for those with special security concerns, the installer is checked with the checksum, but the resulting binaries are not currently) , I can add that to it instead (either as a switch or an msi). You can raise any issues with the choco package itself on my AU repo.
