Description of Work
Creates an Ansible script that allows a node on openstack (or maybe other hosts, will need testing) to act as a clone of the testing data. This reduces the amount of load that the linode will have to experience if the ISIS nodes need resetting again.

To test:
Spin up a new node and try out creating a clone according to the instructions in the readme.
