About

This repository contains scripts used for the classification of Mapbiomas' Collection 9 agriculture classes. We recommend that you read the Agriculture Appendix of the Algorithm Theoretical Basis Document (ATBD), since important informations about the classification methodology can be found there. For this collection, we have the following agriculture classes:

• Temporary Crop
  • Soybean
  • Cotton
  • Sugar Cane
  • Rice
  • Other Temporary Crop
• Perennial Crop
  • Coffee
  • Citrus
  • Oil Palm
  • Other Perennial Crop

How to use

First, you need to copy the scripts in this repository (including those in utils folder) to your Google Earth Engine (GEE) account. Then, you can follow the instructions for every class in the links bellow:

• Soybean, Cotton and Other Temporary Crops instructions;
• Sugar Cane instructions;
• Rice instructions;
• Coffee instructions;
• Citrus instructions;
• Oil Palm instructions;
• Other Perennial Crop instructions.
