Taxonomy level skipped

I have a Krona chart made from centrifuge summary output. I just realized that it has skipped a taxonomy level in the chart. It went like Cyanobacteria (phylum) > Synechococcales (order) > and so on. There should be a class, I wonder why it isn't shown here. Meanwhile the other phylum has it complete from phylum to species. Is there something wrong with the Krona or is the fault lies within the data I'm putting in the KronaTools? Thank you
