In case others find this useful, because they don't have an e-paper hat yet,
It's an implementation of the SSD required by Peter Hinch's nano-gui. It uses unicode block-elements to fake an upper and lower pixel, printing 2 rows at a time from left to right, then continues similarly to fill the display in a console/terminal window.
This will remain a draft, or can be closed. My intention is just to have it available for others in case they find it useful.
