Sandboxed mode does not seem to respect extra-index-url

I have a script/notebook which runs fine with marimo edit myscript.py.
The scripts requires a package of a private repository (preinstalled in the virtual environment I am running the above command).

As soon as i am switching to marimo edit --sandbox myscript.py it fails to find that package.

The extra-index-url is part of the metadata section in the script:

# extra-index-url = [
#     "https://.../artifactory/api/pypi/.../simple",
# ]
# ///

Running the command directly fails, as long as i am using marimo edit: uv run --isolated --no-project marimo edit myscript.py

But as soon as i run the script directly with uv run --isolated --no-project myscript.py it runs without a problem.
So it does not seem to be a problem with uv.

I upgraded uv to 0.6.0 and tried it with marimo 0.10.19 and 0.11.5 but no luck.

It seems it is related on how marimo forwards the extra-index-url to uv, which doesn't seem to work (uv run -vvv ... does not show any interaction with the extra-index-url, when marimo edit is invloved in the command).

Anybody has an idea what is going on? Or is it simply a bug?

@mahadi - we don't have support for it yet (not sure if extra-index-url config existed when we first wrote the sandbox feature). I can look into adding support for it
