Hello,
I have a full ff-HEDM reconstruction of a Ni sample. I subjected it to uniaxial fatigue well under the macroscopic yield point, so we don't observe spot spreading. Subsequent scans were taken of the same region, at the same macroscopic applied load, and also at the same attenuation.
Using these scans taken at subsequent cycles, I'd like to re-fit only the grain-average lattice strains. So, I would like to assume that orientations and centroids remain constant upon subsequent fatigue cycles - and thus exclude them from the fitting process.
What MIDAS functions would I need to call to accomplish this?
