  1. GOP: Optimize block transfer operations 

    - no need for cache maintenance as the framebuffer is already non-cached
- remove handling for different bits per pixel - we only support 32 bpp
- simplify EfiBltVideoToVideo overlap case handling

The console no longer lags at high resolutions.
