[BUG] Internal cover image is not supported for database #393

Describe the bug
Notion API now supports internal cover image, there's no need to throw an exception if it's internal anymore.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add a internal image for cover, or no cover

Expected behavior
Don't throw exception
