When mastering a doc, any triples related to that doc seem to be materialized in the triples section of the mastered document. For users who are relying on TDE to generate triples, this may not be the desired behavior. It would be nice to declare within the merge options the desire to not merge managed/TDE triples in the triples section of documents.
