There are a number of issues with submenu windows not showing up. I have two different laptops running different Windows versions, but having the same issue. One is an HP Zbook running Windows 11, the other is a Dell running Windows 10.
From the Settings menu, the following windows are not visible:
Coordinates
Curve List
Curve Properties
Digitize Curve
Color Filter (Opens, but locks up or responds slowly)
For some reason, when selected submenu windows do open, going back and trying one from the list above creates a ghost affect for the windows that did open. None of the ghost windows are accessible. You can only select 'ESC' to regain control of the main window and other menu options.

I found a fix for this. After opening the menu press
-Alt+Space
-Down
-Down
-Enter
Then use the arrow keys to move the window until it appears on your screen.\
