Here are some things to fix in the Rmd based on todays presentation:

• Volcano plot. We should look at making the x axis the delta-beta value

• Enrichment plots. There should be a dashed line at x=1 so that we can see what is significant

• Beeswarm. There was a heading saying logFC which isn't correct

• Litzky figures. The volcano plot wasn't square like the others so you need to make sure the chunk has fig.height=8,fig.width=8

• Meta-analysis effect sizes. We need to quantify the effect sizes. We should also make forest plots for the probes and DMRs
