deepin-mutter 3.20 crashes at startup

I built it from source (https://github.com/linuxdeepin/deepin-mutter/tree/release/3.20) and crashes immediately after deepin-mutter --replace & with the following:

alex@alex-PC:~$

I use Deepin 15.5 with all updates installed

As I can see @sonald is the maintainer of this tree. Do you have the same problem?

deepin-mutter executable is not the window manager of Deepin, deepin-wm is. deepin-wm use libdeepin-mutter.

It worked a few weeks ago.
Did something change?
Is it not used anymore?

It's never supported, there is no guarantee it works. and I dont think its the problem of deepin-mutter, since it's quite stable right now, no big changes recently. I'm not sure about other components of DDE.

I mitigated the issue by using Deepin 15.5 with the 15.5 branch: https://github.com/linuxdeepin/deepin-mutter/tree/maintian/15.5pro
