Noob: how to download and install

I'm finding the instructions both confusing and incomplete. The zip file has multiple files, including a MAS folder, but no executable.

I have several questions:

1. Where should I extract these files?

2. The instructions mention using PowerShell or Terminal (Not CMD), but they don't specify where to run the commands after extracting. Could someone clarify?

3. Also, there's only one instruction mentioned: 'Right-click on the Windows start menu and select PowerShell or Terminal (Not CMD).' What's the next step after that? Should I navigate to the folder where I extracted the files?

The instruction given is: irm https://get.activated.win | iex

You are mixing methods 1 and 2 and getting confused by that. There is nothing to extract when using method 1. Method 2 mentions what to do after extraction.

Read methods separately, it will be clear.

Just run as admin the "MAS_AIO-CRC32_31F7FD1E.cmd" file after extracting the zip file and hit "1" on keyboard, it will activate Windows with HWID.

This worked for me, jumped through a couple extra hoops to make sure everything worked as intended, but leads to the exact same results.

1. Turn off Windows Defenders Real-time Protection (windows security>virus and threat protection>manage settings)
2. Download the zip file then unzip the files and store them wherever you like (I put mine in my documents, so I can access later if needed)
3. Open Terminal or Powershell (run as administrator and enter the following command into whichever you decided to open)
4. Copy and paste the command irm https://get.activated.win/ | iex
5. Follow instructions from the menu (Press and enter 1 to activate your windows)
6. Press and enter 0 to exit the menu

You can skip step 1 and 2.
