Ability to Edit Custom Names/Descriptions

While attempted to create a NPC, I was frequently using the 'Set Custom Name' and 'Set Custom Description'. But If I ever wanted to edit them, it would show the previous text as greyed out example text. Which means I would have to reenter whatever was there every time I wanted to edit it. Or copy->'Set __'->paste->edit. Would like it to have the full text there for me to edit.

This might apply to other parts of the code, but this was the place I found it was annoying.
