[BUG] All NPC data gone

Issue Description:
All NPC data gone from all local and cloud storage across all devices.

Reproduction Steps:
Not sure

Expected Result:
I dont know what happened

Additional Context:
When opening the app i synced as I had used it the week prior for some changes but all NPC data was gone, the encounters and missions were still there but all the NPC data was gone from the cloud and local storage.
