[BUG] Goblin's "Hurl Into the Duat" has an oddly placed "This action may only be used 1/round"

Describe the bug
In the description of Goblin's "Hurl into the Duat" it says "This action may only be used 1/round" at the very end. It seems to imply that only the 4th Gate can be used only 1/r, and caused my player to think that the "1/round" tag referred to only that specific mention.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on Goblin, "Osiris Call NHP"
3. Scroll down to Fourth Gate
4. See error
