[FEATURE] Change user email

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a user I would like to be able to change the email my account is tied to. It's possible to take a data backup but that's inconvenient, it would be better to be able to update my email.

Describe the solution you'd like

In the Cloud Account modal a Change Email field above or below Change Password which would allow a user to enter a new email. The new email should only take effect when it is verified, to prevent users from locking themselves out of their accounts.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As mentioned above, the current best alternative is to take a data backup and create a new account with the new email. There's nothing strictly wrong with this, but it's not intuitive and is inconvenient compared to the pretty well established pattern of updating an email.
