[Bug] Layout issue on iPadOS preventing hashtags to be followed

Current Behavior

There is a similar bug report posted Here however, they fail to mention that we cannot see the “Follow” button when searching for hashtags while the app is in full screen

As you can see in the image posted above the “Follow” button gets cut off while in full screen.

As you can see when the app is brought down to the size of an iPhone the follow button becomes visible.

Expected Behavior

Follow button is visible on screen

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download app on iPadOS
2. Search for hashtag with panel on right side
3. realize how uncomfortable the panel on the right side truly is
4. Notice you cannot follow hashtags due to poor layout

Environment

- Device: iPad Pro 6th generation 12.9in
- OS Version & Build: iPadOS 16.5.1 (20F75)
- App Version: 2023.11
