[BUG] info banner covers first post in feed’s author

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When using the explore tab, Posts section,
The first post author is covered by an info banner.

Expected Behavior

Banner should offset first post to just below itself rather than displaying overtop of the post

Steps To Reproduce

New app install
Explore tab opening for first time
Post section, banner should show up

Environment

- Device: iPhone XS
- OS: 16.5.1
- Version: v2023.11
- Build: 337 ? I think

Anything else?

Seems like just a small usability issue to me, though should be easy to fix.
