Ability to ignore/dismiss a recommended user on the search page

It would be great to be able to ignore/dismiss user recommendations, so that you don't have to keep parsing through users you know you don't want to follow to get to mew user recommendations.

You should be able to simple dismiss/ignore a recommended user and they stop showing up in the search/recommended users area.

Suggestions should also consider account activity; a fair number of those that are recommended to me are abandoned accounts.
