Blocking someone does not remove their posts from mentions

Current Behavior

If I block someone, their messages stay in the notifications and mentions timelines. This means, for example, that harassment stays even after blocking and reporting

Expected Behavior

Blocking someone should remove all their posts from all timelines

Steps To Reproduce

1. Have someone tag you in a toot
2. Block them
3. Observe that their toot is still there

Environment

- Device: iPhone 13
- OS: 15.4.1
- Version: 1.3.1
- Build: 113

Anything else?

This makes the app unusable for anyone getting targeted harassment even at a small scale
