Feature Suggestion: Post tagging and filtering post list by tag

Bearblog.dev has the really useful ability to assign tags to posts and then lets you filter the post list by a given tag (eg: https://herman.bearblog.dev/blog/?q=product). Might it be possible to implement similar functionality in Mataroa?

I think tags are too complicated of a feature for the simpleton mataroa wants to be but there was some work on a transparent search functionality, although it got left a bit behind #37

I think we'll re-visit it at some point!

I'd really like support for tags! That way I can write book reviews as regular posts and use a static page that links to a filter, rather than updating the page for each book. Similarly so for related posts. I figure the pages are a better discoverability tool than looking through a lot of posts.
