[Bug]: Timepicker "placeholders" dont change on timepicker click/select #557

Context

When you click on a time in the timepicker, the placeholder that represents the selected time does not change to the selected time
This is on both local and the website

Current Behavior

No response

Expected behavior

Should change to the selected time
