Command line to list installed + available toolboxes

Similar to #120, it would be useful to have an argument to list the installed toolboxes + add-ons via mpm.

For example:

$ mpm list installed --version r2024b

Available toolboxes for MATLAB R2024b 
Installed for: /Applications/MATLAB_R2024b.app

Aerospace_Blockset
Aerospace_Toolbox
...

$ mpm list available --version r2024b

Available toolboxes for MATLAB R2024b 
Installed for: /Applications/MATLAB_R2024b.app

5G_Toolbox
AUTOSAR_Blockset
Aerospace_Blockset (installed)
Aerospace_Toolbox (installed)
Antenna_Toolbox
Audio_Toolbox

Good suggestion Kate. We're working on this, but I can't estimate when it will be available—there's currently no good way to get the list of installed toolboxes when MATLAB isn't already running.
